Day 11
Day 11. One Last Day.
Well since it was our last day, Kim did not get a chance to write the journal entry before packing up the computer, but it is coming, she promises.
We decided to catch up on some things we missed all during the trip which included going to several museums including the AWESOME Musee des Arts et Metiers, which should really be called the museum of human innovation. Unfortunately they do not allow photographs but they had examples of so many scientific and industrial advances that I was in heaven. I wish we had all day to spend there.
We also finally got the Parisian Gyros that I had been craving all week :)
Kim's highlight of the day was St. Chapelle with the 360 degree stained glass windows and we returned for one last dinner at the basket of sausages restaurant. How could we leave Paris without one last chocolate mousse!
